Peppermint Migraine Relief Recipe
2 oz. beeswax
3 oz. shea butter
4 oz olive oil
10-15 drops of peppermint essential oil
Small lip balm pots or tubes
In a double boiler, add shea butter and beeswax and stir gently
until melted. Once fully melted, add lavender oil. Slowly
pour the mixture into lip balm tubes or pots.
To use, apply mixture
to temples and to any trigger points on the forehead.
