Banana Bread in a Jar Mix

1/2 cup nuts (ie. walnuts)
1/2 cup dried bananas, finely chopped
1/2 cup sugar
2-1/2 cups bisquick
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

In a 1 quart jar, layer ingredients in the order above, being sure to compress each layer so you don't run out of room. Attach banana bread instructions.

Banana Bread mix

1 1/4 cup milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c butter/margarine, softened
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350F. In a large mixing bowl, pour contents of Banana Bread Mix in a Jar. Stir to combine. Make an indent in the center of bread mixtire and add milk, eggs, butter/margarine and vanilla. Stire until well combined.

Grease a 9x5 loaf pan and place a piece of wax paper on bottom. Pour batter into pan and bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center is clean. Remove from oven and allow to cool in pan before removing. Enjoy!
