Make your own dream pillows

Dream pillows are a great gift for anyone. They can be kept under the pillow to encourage dreams at night, while some people put them as sachets in a lingerie drawer or even just on the bedside table or between the wall/headboard and the matress.

For each pillow you need:

2 4"x6" flannel fabric pieces (you can make it a bit larger or smaller if desired).
1 cup lavender
1 cup patchouli
1 cup lemon balm
1 cup hops
1/2 cup rosemary
4 drops sandalwood essential oil
6 drops lavender essential oil
6 drops orange essential oil

Combine herbs together in a jar with the lid tightly on for 1-2 days, then add all essential oils, replace lid on jar and let sit for another 1-2 days.

Place flannel fabric with right sides together and sew together 3 sides and part of the 4th. Flip so that the right sides of fabric are on the outside. Fill bag with all contents from jar, and stitch opening closed.

Not a sewer? You can also "sew" it together with craft/fabric glue.
