Minty Mango Tea in a Jar Mix

Layered tea mix looks great in the jar. Mint with mango are the two predominant flavors in this tea mix.

3/4 cup English breakfast tea leaves, loose (you can break bags open, or purchase loose tea leaves)
1/4 cup minced dried mango
1/4 cup dried mint leaves

Using a half pint jar with lid, you will layer this tea mix into jars for a great look. You can mix before, if you wish, but it makes a stunning gift when it is layered.

Layer tea leaves, then dried mango, then mint leaves, pressing down on each layer as you add them. Seal lid tightly.

Directions: Pour contents of jar into bowl and mix well. Return to jar. Add 1 large tablespoon scoop of tea into tea infuser, then allow to steep in mug of 1 cup hot water for 4-5 minutes. Serve with honey, lemon and/or sugar if desired.
