How to stop sneezing from pollen and hayfever naturally

Does spring pollen always bring a round of sneezing fits when you venture outdoors? There are plenty of medications available on the market you can take to help reduce the symptoms but there is a great natural trick to help the sneezing from pollen.

Instead of drinking a few cups of coffee in the mornings, make the switch to green tea. Green tea has a ton of health benefits, but it also has an antioxidant in it (called EGCG) that helps block production off histamine and immunoglobulin E. Sound technical? It helps block the reaction in your body that causes you to react.

It is recommended to take 2-3 cups of green tea to help those with hayfever.

Don't like plain green tea? Fortunately there are a ton of different green teas on the market, such as mandarin orange and strawberry. Hit up the tea aisle of your grocery store to find the green tea flavor that suits you best.

Not a fan of hot drinks, especially when the weather warms up? You can also make green tea iced tea for a treat.

Don't forget that drinking plenty of water helps alleviate symptoms too, most women don't drink nearly the amount of water that they should to keep their body hydrated!
