When you inside during those hot summer day, it feed to your entire house heats up simply from boiling apart a spaghetti. But how accurate is that really? Enough to make sense to cook outdoors more in the summertime!

Cooking a meal at the kitchen can raise your house temperature by 10° or more. So make a point of saving your air-conditioning costs and start using your grill outside during those hot summer days.

There are a lot more things you can cook outside besides the standard grill fare. Plug your crockpot in on the deck in the shade, so your family to enjoy a hot meal without having to do or an extra hot house in the process. Or experiment with using fillets on the barbecue, and to grilled vegetables or stir fries. Just be sure the skill is safe for barbecue use before you begin.

Also, you can make outdoor mealtime fun by planning a picnic in the backyard, or pack up your cooked meal it take to the beach. Even if cooking outdoors becomes the usual thing in the summertime to save money, you can still keep it from being ordinary.
