How to share your fears with others

Sharing your fears with a small handful of your cloest friends can be a valuable way to analyze your fears, and gain insight into fears that are truly powerful, and those that are simply taking hold of your life without meaning.

Who should you share your fears with? Many women worry about who they share their fears with. You don't want to give the power of your fears to those you feel wouldn't hold your fears in utmost confidence.

You also want to be aware of the fact you should confide in those you feel would be able to help you analyze those fears for what they are worth, and how they affect your life.

It is extremely valuable to get another person's perspective of your fears, especially if you are the type of person who tends to let fears rule her life. She may see something important that you completely missed through your own eyes.

You should also take the time to journal your fears, as well as your close friend's perspectives of your fears. You would likely be amazed at the changed perception of the fears, even after a month or even a year.
