Getting the best sleep while pregnant

Every pregnant women seems to lament the lack of comfortable sleep during pregnancy. Between the baby kicking, endless bathroom trips and sore backs, it is a wonder that you can even sleep!

During the first trimester, it is usually only bathroom trips you need to worry about. So rest up now!

The best sleeping position for a mom-to-be is on the left side. This ensures unobstructed blood flow while you sleep - but don't panic if you wake up in a different position. Simply roll back over to your left side again.

There are a variety of pillows that can help you sleep better, and support your stomach and back at the same time.

Maternity Pillow

Wedge Pregnancy Pillow

Full Length Body Pillow
