Beef Stew Crock Pot Recipe

A great stew that uses a less expensive beef cut. But cooking in the slow cooker all day results in a nice and tender stew beef!

2 lbs beef chuck, cubed
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 cups beef broth
half garlic clove, minced
1 bay leaf
4 carrots, sliced
2 onions chopped
1 stick celery, sliced
3 potatoes, diced

Add meat to slow cooker. In small bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika, then add to slow cooker, stirring well to coat beef. Add remaining ingredients, stirring to combine thoroughly, cover and cook on low 10-12 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
