Oriental Style Chili Crock Pot Recipe

2 onions, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 lb ground pork, browned
2 tbsp minced ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup dry sherry
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 cans whole tomatoes
1 can 16 oz dark red kidney beans

Combine all in slow cooker, stirring well then cover. Cook on low 6 hours.

Serve with fried rice or over chow mein noodles.
